We guarantee the quality of our floral arrangements and strive for complete customer satisfaction.

1. Warranty Coverage

  • If flowers arrive damaged or are not as expected, customers may request store credit within 2 hours of delivery (photo and video required).

  • Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not offer cash refunds.

2. Exclusions

  • We are not responsible for arrangements that deteriorate due to improper care after delivery.
